The crises that marked the first decades of the 21 st century in addition to being broad spectrum and of different origins also show a trend of exponential frequency and intensity with dramatic consequences for society the state and the economy COVID 19 stood out especially among them shaking the foundations of the already fragile world political and economic order In addition to being probably the last call to the world to wake up COVID 19 has the potential to transform into an existential crisis What makes individuals organizations and states good in crisis management is not only an attractive topic for discussion but, above all a question of crucial importance for the future in the world of crisis as normal towards which we are moving at a certain pace.

The video conference is a unique international event that brings together eminent experts from the region with the aim of exchanging experiences in today's risk and crisis management The results of the conference should serve strategic political local but also organizational actors as a guide for the development and implementation of sectoral policies and implementation of concrete actions in order to strengthen resilience in the strategic and operational environment.

The topic of the first conference day includes defining the theoretical and practical context and specific challenges of risk management, crisis management and business continuity management, in the form of guidelines for strategic decision makers both in public and private sector for planning establishment implementation management, supervision and maintenance as well as continuous strengthening of management capacity

Day 2 - October 14, 2020, 11:00 14:00

The topic of the second conference day includes the presentation of examples of good and bad practices of managing the COVID 19 epidemic and treating the consequences as a lesson for dealing with future crises Some of the leading epidemiologists immunologists virologists and other medical experts are participating in the discussion as direct actors in the management of the epidemic in their countries who have made a significant impact on shaping the attitudes and beliefs of decision makers in private and public discourse
