Recognising this need to support emerging professionals in the field of strategic risk and crisis management, the ISRM established the ISRM Young & New Professionals Group (YNPG) to to cater to the specifics needs and challenges of early career professionals - and help them transition into leading risk roles.
The group is a community to bridge the gap between emerging professionals and seasoned experts in the field of strategic risk and crisis management, offering a platform for mentorship, networking and targeted skills development. Each YNPG member benefits from a number of opportunities to forge their own career path, and to influence the future trajectory of strategic risk and crisis management.
The YNPG is aimed at developing a pipeline of talented individuals, broadening their professional experiences, and spotting future talent for deeper engagement. Our goal is to foster a community where innovative ideas and diverse perspectives converge, creating a dynamic environment where each individual's progress matters.
