Erasmus+ CBHE Project Lead, University of Gloucestershire (Building Universities in Leading Disaster Resilience)
Leading the international development activities in the University of Gloucestershire School of Business and Technology, Nadine has a wealth of experience in developing and managing international collaborations worldwide. She is a member of the project management team overseeing the “Growing Indonesia – a Triangular Approach” project that has attracted a million Euro of EU funding to develop entrepreneurial capacity across Indonesia through university-enterprise collaboration, graduate entrepreneurship and enterprise creation. She is currently working with universities, public and non-governmental sector organisations in Indonesia to envision future strategies for building Indonesia’s socio-economic and disaster resilience.
Besides her practical experience in international negotiation, Nadine has carried out research into business contract negotiations with a particular emphasis on understanding the behavioural and contextual aspects of negotiations. She uses these insights to inform her pedagogy in delivering negotiation skills training to undergraduate and MBA students. Nadine holds a Master of Science (MSc) focused on International Hotel and Tourism Management from Oxford Brookes University
