Developing Resilience and High Reliability. It's all about Culture.

Resilience and high reliability are phrases that have become common in the last ten years. Organizations often ask, "What must we do to be resilient?" In fact, that's probably the wrong question. The correct one is: "what kind of organization should we become?"

In the 2020-2025 risk environment, "What does an organization that is risk sensitive and crisis ready look like?"

The most critical point at the heart of any resilient organization is a culture that is based on the acceptance of responsibility.

This presentation will explore some of the issues related to those questions, learning from case studies, positive and negative; and establish a framework that any organization can use as a roadmap for its own organizational development program.
