According to a report, women are holding only 20% of cybersecurity positions. This number is way too low, and women should not feel left out or demotivated to work in this field. In addition, women face many unique risks and threats of harassment and bullying in the online ecosystem.

This roundtable will highlight the experiences and career paths of women in cybersecurity, including those who are working to enhance cybersecurity as well as to improve the privacy and security of individual users of online platforms. The aim is to encourage the young talent pool to pursue this field and to tackle all the growing cyber challenges they are facing in online platforms.
