Don von HOLLEN

I am a relationship-oriented Innovation & Security Management executive with over 20 years of professional experience focused on physical security and deploying enterprise risk management solutions. Challenging the status quo and choosing to ‘Act while others have not’ allows me to be the catalyst for change in delivering solutions that are Simple. Private. & Human.

Strategic Management: Communication and empathy are at the heart of making an impact. For me, it is more than just achieving results; it is enabling others to see the future and identifying a path to get there. I tailor my approach to present complex ideas when speaking with clients, business partners, and team members – always keeping their understanding, interests, and expertise in mind. This approach has helped me acquire and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, business partners, and innovative security executives throughout my career.

Value-Driven Leadership: Integrity, Respect and Humility are my core. To me, Integrity is the commitment to doing what is right- especially when it is difficult. A strong leader must be willing to sacrifice personal gain for those in their care. Respect is the creation of safe and trusting environments for diverse perspectives- celebrating unique views, innovative suggestions and acknowledging that the courage to challenge the status quo is more important than ever before. Humility allows me to continue to grow and remain curious- appreciating there is incredible wisdom to be gained by listening to others and understanding problems while leading.

While I am metric-driven, I am responsible to the clients and teams I serve — which is why focusing on their success and co-creating positive outcomes are key.
