Cannes International Resilience Forum (CIRF)

We are honoured to invite you to the first edition of the Cannes International Resilience Forum (CIRF), an international congress focused on building resilience strategies to face the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and other threats and crises.

CIRF will take place at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, in Cannes, from Sunday 23rd to Wednesday 26th October 2022.

It’s our absolute honour to welcome Dr David Rubens, Executive Director of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management, as one of the CIRF 2022 co-chairs.

David, an associate lecturer at the University of Portsmouth, also contributed to the University of Leicester’s Security, Policing and Terrorism MSc programme and served as a visiting lecturer on the Strategic Leadership programme at Cranfield University. At the latter, he lectured on terrorism and public policy, and the strategic management of complex operations.
