Pamela K. Isom is a distinguished global executive with over three decades of experience in public and private sectors, specializing in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and digital transformation. She is the Founder and CEO of IsAdvice & Consulting, where she leads initiatives on AI ethics and governance. She previously served as the Chief Innovation Officer and Cybersecurity Executive at FWG Solutions in and held senior executive roles at the US Department of Energy and the US Patent & Trademark Office.
Pamela has been instrumental in developing AI and technology strategies that enhance corporate governance and operational efficiencies. Pamela led the inaugural research program at the DOE with NASA and other partners, led cross-agency research on AI, data and mental health to reduce veterans’ suicide, oversaw AI health research, established the DOE AI Advancement Council, which was integrated into The White House Blueprint, AI Bill of Rights, and much more.
Her achievements have earned her multiple accolades, including the Virginia Black Business Leaders Award, Federal 100 Award, Top 100 Influential Executives, AI Ethicist and many more. Pamela holds a Master of Information Systems Management from Walden University and has been recognized as a Change Agent Disruptor for her innovative contributions to technology and leadership.
Molly Blomquist is a recognized authority in security and risk management, with expertise in interrogation techniques, body language analysis, high-stakes negotiations, AI, and security strategy and planning. Her distinguished career includes significant leadership roles within the U.S. Government.
Her roles entailed managing complex programs, advising senior policymakers, and leading global security initiatives. Her forte in strategic planning, risk management, negotiation, and comprehensive vetting processes were honed in demanding and dynamic environments, including high threat areas such as Iraq and Pakistan.

Danyetta Fleming Magana is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Fellow with Institute of Strategic Risk Management (ISRM), who founded Covenant Security Solutions in 2003. Her goal is to push the envelope regarding how we think about our information and find new and innovative ways to secure our digital way of life. Mrs. Magana is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a globally recognized certification in the information security arena.
She has been published in the Defense Information Systems Agency IA Newsletter and interviewed as an expert on Federal News Radio's "Mark Amtower Show." In 2001, Ms. Magana received the Black Engineer of the Year Award for the "Most Promising Engineer in Government." She is an advisory board member for the TINYg – Global Terrorism Information Network and Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), International Technology Committee. Mrs. Magana also previously served as a Fellow with the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT), a Washington DC-based think tank that briefs Congress, Senate, and the Senior Executives of the U.S. Federal government on matters related to Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure.
Also, Mrs. Magana was a recipient of the Army's Achievement Medal for Civilian Service. Her company was recognized by Diversity Business for 2014, 2012, and 2011 as one of the "Top 500 African American Owned Business in the U.S.". In addition, her company was honored in the Inc. 5000, as one of America's Fastest-Growing Companies for 2014. Lastly, her company most recently was recognized by CIO Review Magazine as one of the "20 Most Promising Enterprise Security Companies in 2015". Mrs. Magana is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with a B.S. in Engineering.
Javeria Malik is NGO Security Risk Management & Leadership. Javeria Malik is a seasoned security professional with over two decades of experience spanning Non- profit, Humanitarian, Human Rights, Social Justice, and Media sectors.
She brings a wealth of expertise in NGO Security Risk Management and leadership. Throughout her career, she has held pivotal senior management roles, demonstrating adeptness in guiding global teams and establishing robust security frameworks and policies.
Her strategic communication skills have been instrumental in crafting compelling strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
As a certified safety & security trainer, Javeria has contributed to designing and delivering bespoke training programs covering critical topics such as crisis management, working in volatile contexts, targeted training for senior leadership and board members, human rights defenders security, and community-focused safety and security trainings.
With a background rooted in activism, human rights-based initiatives, and humanitarian operations, Javeria currently serves as the Head of Global Security for ActionAid, an international campaigning Federation operating in over 70 countries, known for its human rights positions and unique feminist humanitarian signature.
Additionally, she chairs the International NGO Safety and Security Association (INSSA), the largest non-profit association of SRM professionals with over 5000 global members, further underscoring her leadership and influence in the field.
Javeria's academic credentials include an MA in International Journalism, an MSC in Mass Communication, and an MBA in Business, Finance, and Marketing, complemented by advanced diplomas and certifications in safety, security and crisis management.
